Return and Refund Policy

No Returns:

• All sales are final, and no returns will be accepted. 

No Refunds:

• Golden Fenix Jewelry does not offer any refunds for products. Once a purchase is made, the customer is responsible for the full payment.

Damaged Products During Transport:

• Customers are advised to inspect all products upon receipt. If a product arrives damaged, the customer must notify Golden Fenix Jewelry immediately.
• In cases where the damage occurred during shipping and is the responsibility of the shipping carrier, Golden Fenix Jewelry will initiate a claim with the carrier for the damaged product's replacement.
